Class 3 recently took part in a project with the English National Opera Company. The project involved classes from all over the country composing a short piece of music about a colour. Class 3 composed a piece of music which they named ‘Sunshine Mountain’ and it was chosen by ENO to be animated.
The Composition can be viewed on YouTube or further down on this page. The children were beyond excited to have something they created on YouTube for everyone to listen to. ENO have also chosen the photo of Class 3 with their composition lanyards on to put on their website.
There were over 90 schools who entered the competition and some larger schools entered several classes. So, I we are extremely proud of the children in Class 3 that their amazing composition has been chosen. It was a fantastic experience to be working with the ENO again.
